Thank you for shopping with 31 Mitt. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $150.
  • $10 shipping and handling fee will be applied to all orders under $150.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (not guaranteed).
  • Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after processing.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate shipping details

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

31 Mitt is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery
  • Damage caused during transit by the shipping carrier

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Tori.davis@31mitt.com.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of the package
  • Incorrect shipping address

The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
